Unicoi County Schools and local law enforcement agencies performed a routine canine patrol and search this morning at Unicoi County Middle and. Unicoi County High School. We commend our students, staff, and families for their support. Thank you to the Unicoi County Sheriff's Department, Erwin Police Department, and Homeland Security for your continued support in making Unicoi County a safe place to learn!

Las Escuelas del Condado de Unicoi y Las agencias de Orden Público local llevaron a cabo esta mañana un operativo rutinario de rastreo con las unidades caninas en las Escuela Intermedia de Unicoi y la Preparatoria del Condado de Unicoi. Agradecemos a nuestros estudiantes, personal y sus familias por su apoyo.
Gracias al Departamento de Sheriff del Condado de Unicoi, el Departamento Policial de Erwin y El Departamento de Seguridad Nacional por el apoyo en hacer El Condado de Unicoi un lugar seguro para aprender!

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide a safe and secure learning environment, Unicoi County Schools and Unicoi County Sheriff’s department will perform a routine canine patrol and search this morning at Unicoi County High School. During the operation, there will be increased police and emergency vehicle presence, however, there is no need for alarm or concern.

Las Escuelas del Condado de Unicoi y el departamento de Sheriff de Condado de Unicoi, levarán a cabo una inspeccion esta mañana con unidades caninas en la Escuela Intermedia del Condado de Unicoi y en la Escuela Secundaria del Condado de Unicoi. Durante la operación, habrá una mayor presencia de vehículos policiales y de emergencia; sin embargo, no hay motivo de alarma ni de preocupación.
