In today’s world knowing where your food comes from is crucial. This group of students had the opportunity to tour Superior Farms Lamb processing facility in Dixon. Educational and eye opening, students walked away aware and appreciative of the care and quality product that Superior Farms puts out on a daily basis. Eat more lamb!
