I want to send a huge shoutout to Starbucks who donated coffe to the crew who came to clean up at the Veterans Memorial Wall today. The veterans of Hill-Vigil VFW Post 5610 who came and helped, the Rio Arriba County Accessor, and Darrin’s place who came out in force and donated time and man power to help make this clean up a huge success. The wall area is looking beautiful and is ready for our Memorial Day ceremony to celebrate those who served our country with honor. We would also like to thank the community members who came together and donated the roses that were added to our rose garden. As the incoming commander of the VFW I am grateful for all the support and volunteers who have helped and have come together to make this happen.
