Got Books? Pass Them On!

We are excited to announce our upcoming School-Wide Book Drive, running from October 19th through November 16th!
Our goal is to get more books into students' hands by building rich, engaging classroom libraries for our teachers, as well as refreshing our school reading spaces.

How Families Can Help-
If you have gently used children’s or middle-school books taking up space at home, please send them to school with your student!

How It Works-
Where to Drop Off: Students can drop off donated books in the collection crate located in their Success Class.
Run by Student Leadership: Our Student Leadership team will collect, count, and sort all donated books throughout the month.

Community Impact: Books suitable for middle school will go directly into teacher classroom libraries. Any overflow of elementary-level books or surplus copies will be donated to local elementary schools, the Book Nook, or the public library.
Friendly Competition & Prizes! 🍩
To make things fun, Student Leadership is hosting this as a Success Class Competition! The Success Class that collects the most books will win a Donut Party and bookmarks!
Thank you so much for supporting our student leaders and helping us give great books a second life! 📖✨

Thank you so much to everyone who attended our Back to School night! It was so nice to see returning families and meet new ones as well 💚
Our teachers were overwhelmed with the positive comments and feedback they received from parents! Your kindness and support makes all the difference. We are so ready for 6th grade day on 8/31 and then everyone on 9/1! 📚🚌✏️📓
And thank you to the amazing snow cone truck who came and served our families! Part of the proceeds made will come right back to EMS to support our students.
Go Rangers!
