Teacher appreciation week felt like the perfect excuse to show up with plants, coffee, and a whole lot of gratitude 🌿☕

We had so much fun dropping off teacher appreciation gifts at both of our community elementary schools alongside Rachel with Central Source Mortgage Banking and Jenny, Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. Teachers spend all year helping our kids grow… so we figured they deserved something green to take home and enjoy all summer long too 🌱

Every plant came with a coffee on us from one of our favorite local coffee shops — because shaping future generations definitely deserves caffeine.

As local professionals, we all work in different industries, but the mission is the same: helping families create stability, opportunity, and generational wealth right here in our community. Supporting the people pouring into the next generation just makes sense.

Thursday June 15th 2023 I gave this local business networking group a name. Thursday July 27th 2023 we had our very first meeting. It was a good showing for the first meeting but that second meeting was a small group and it stayed pretty small for quite a while. We didnt give up on the idea - we knew there was a need for something like this in Estacada and while the group has changed many times in the past 3 years, today it's something I am incredibly proud of.

24 members- 100% donation based (not for profit) AND giving back to our community every month through these and with these members.
