SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION FOUNDATION PROVIDES 15K TO WINGS OF SHELTER INT'L, INC.
ESTERO, FLORIDA— Wings of Shelter Int’l, Inc. announces a charitable gift of $15,000 from the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation. Wings of Shelter is a local nonprofit dedicated to the
education, health, and emotional well-being of children. This vital funding will support the organization’s holistic efforts to provide critical care and support to young girls whose well-being has been severely affected by the crisis of human trafficking in Southwest Florida.
“This grant from the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation is a powerful testament to our shared mission of prioritizing the well-being of the most vulnerable children in our community,” said
Jennifer C. Tabora, Coordinator of Donor Relations. “Their support will be instrumental in helping us provide the comprehensive emotional and educational resources these young girls need to heal, feel safe, and build a new, promising future.”
Suncoast Credit Union, Florida’s largest credit union, founded the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation to promote the education, health and emotional well-being of children in the community. Each time a Suncoast member uses their debit or credit card, the credit union donates two cents to the Foundation to fund local initiatives. Since its inception in 1990, the Foundation has raised and donated over $45 million.

Wings of Shelter Int’l, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing safe homes that are committed to fostering the health and emotional well-being of young girls who are victims of human trafficking in Southwest Florida. Through partnerships with law enforcement and community-based programs, the organization provides comprehensive support, including physical, emotional, and educational resources, to help survivors heal and reclaim their lives.
