The Tennessee Legend The Tennessee Legend is a 455 mile driving tour in East Tennessee that highlights lodging, restaurants, state Parks, waterfalls and points of interest !

The Tennessee Legend will also highlight world class trout fishing streams along the route whitewater rafting, kayaking, camping , mountain biking, ORV areas and some of the many beautiful water falls in this region if you want to know about East Tennessee you need to drive the Tennessee Legend and experience the wonders of our region.

Brushy and the Warden’s Table are open for 2026!

Throughout April and May, the prison will be open from 10:30a to 6:30p ET (last tour goes out at 5:00p) Thursday - Sunday. The gift shop and and Warden's Table will be open from 10:30a to 7p, Thursday - Sunday.

The prison and Warden's Table will be closed Monday - Wednesday. https://tourbrushy.com/

Parolee's Restaurant and Store is open Wednesday - Sunday, 11a - 8p. https://tourbrushy.com/parolees

Brushy and Parolee's will be open Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and Memorial Day.

Icy Conditions Persist at the Tellico Ranger District. Tellico River Road, North River Road, Turkey Creek Shortcut Road, and Beaverdam Bald Road are closed because of the icy conditions. Roads remain impassable.
