Have you noticed more activity going on at Pilla Park? That must mean that the park reconstruction is officially underway! More info can be found in the attached press release along with some conceptual renderings of the new infrastructure and play equipment that is planned (note: color and placement of the amenity renderings are not final and are provided for reference).

Congratulations to Eudora KS Parks and Recreation Department on this long-running effort to improve this park utilizing outside state funding. Can't wait to see what it looks like!

Last night the City Commission formally set the public hearing for the adoption of the 2027 Annual Budget for September 14, 2026. This will include a mill levy decrease of over a half-mill, bringing the tax rate to its lowest level since 2016!
