Although Steve Bonini's official work anniversary was 2/22/26, today is the day we take time out to truly celebrate the that Steve truly is! This day and age it is not too often when a company can celebrate a 25-year work anniversary and we are blessed to have the opportunity to celebrate all that Steve has accomplished here at Precision Machine & Manufacturing, Inc. over the past 25+ years! Steve started with PMM on 2/22/01 as a fabricator/welder and has held a number of positions throughout the past 25-years, eventually leading to the Director of Manufacturing Operations position, which is the top manufacturing/operations position and is among the top four executive leaders for the entire company. Steve has been a part of several ownership changes, but it was the change and his direct contributions over the past five years, that helped pave the way for PMM's unprecedented level of success between 2021-2026!

What Don Lindsey-PMM's CEO has repeatedly said about Steve's impact to the entire organization as a whole, pretty much sums it up; "If I had a dozen Steve Bonini's, we would take over the world!" Drop the mic....

What do you do when you're the resident PMM Hard Charger of the Year? Well, you sign up to run your very FIRST at the Eugene Marathon of course!

After preparing and training for several months, PMM 2025 Hard-Charger of the Year- Andy Steece donned his red & white striped socks and headed out to run his first . Being the that he is, he was not satisfied with his time and is already preparing for next year's race! Great job Andy!
