Greg's focus on jobs and infrastructure is paying off for Ward 6.
The Clear Lake Industrial Area — 650 acres of large-lot industrial sites in northwest Eugene — has been a generational opportunity sitting just outside Bethel's doorstep. Greg Evans has helped move it from a plan on paper to a project breaking ground.
What's been secured:
• $11.5M+ in state funding ($6M in 2025, $5.58M in 2026)
• A $14M Phase 1 buildout of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure along Clear Lake Road
• Construction targeted to begin summer 2027
What it means for Bethel:
• Up to 6,000 family-wage jobs projected across 11 industrial sites
• Modern infrastructure that also serves 50 acres of Bethel School District land
• A stronger tax base that helps keep the library open, fire stations staffed, and brings back services like CAHOOTS
• Built inside the Clear Lake Overlay Zone, with environmental protections in place
Greg is the voice that keeps Bethel's interests front and center.
Re-elect Greg Evans — Eugene City Council, Ward 6.
