Wilshire is a TEA RECOGNIZED campus where students are excited about school and learning. Wilshire is a Title I Campus-wide Program School, as well as a Schools of Choice campus. We provide students the enrichment of the humanities based Core Knowledge curriculum, as well as the opportunity to participate in the Suzuki Strings program. SInce 2001, Wilshire has been serving students integrating Cor

e Knowledge curriculum into our HEB curriculum to facilitate a higher standard of learning. Extra-curricular offerings include the Extended Day program, the award winning Wildcat Chorale, and CHAMPS (6th grade). Our 100% highly qualified staff is committed to working in partnership with each student and their family to provide a positive, structured, safe and caring atmosphere where all students can achieve academic success.
