Not all scars are visible.

Every call, every rescue, every life-changing moment leaves an impact. Firefighters and first responders face unimaginable situations in the line of duty, and the mental wounds can last long after the flames are out.

This PTSD Awareness Month, let's break the stigma, encourage open conversations, and remind our heroes that seeking help is a sign of strength—not weakness.

To every firefighter battling unseen struggles: You are not alone. Your courage matters, your story matters, and your mental health matters.
