The Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, Section 3 Article 1881 established the office of City Marshal and reads, "The Marshal is the executive officer of the court. The Eunice City Marshal's Office primary responsibilities include Court Security, Warrant Ex*****on, Prisoner Transportation, Civil & Criminal Process Service to include; Subpoenas, Citations, Judgments and Repossessions. In addition t

The Eunice City Marshal’s Office would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make this event such a wonderful success for the children in our community. We were honored to be a part of this special day and to work alongside so many dedicated volunteers, organizations, and community partners.
One of the highlights of the day was seeing the excitement and smiles on the children’s faces as they caught fish, many for the very first time. Those moments are what make events like this so meaningful.
Thank you to Dads & Kids and everyone involved for creating an opportunity for families to come together, make lasting memories, and enjoy a fun-filled day. We look forward to supporting future events that positively impact the children and families of our community

Eunice City Marshal's Office Fan Drive for Senior Citizens

The Eunice City Marshal's Office is currently collecting NEW FANS for residents 60 Years of age and older to help them stay cool during the hot summer months.

Monetary donations are also welcome and will be used to assist with this effort.
Donations may be dropped off at:

We encourage local business and commuity members throughout the surrounding area to join us in supporting our senior citizens. Your generosity can make a meaningful difference for those in need.

If you are in need of a fan, please visit our office or call us @ 337-457-6580. A valid ID is REQUIRED to receive a fan. To ensure fair destribution to those most in need, we are limiting it to one fan per household.

The Eunice City Marshal’s Office is proudly partnering with the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission in a “Special Wave” enforcement campaign called “Click It or Ticket.”

Deputy Marshals will be proactively looking for drivers and occupants who are not wearing seat belts while traveling on the roadways. The “Click It or Ticket” campaign begins Tuesday, May 19, 2026, and continues through Monday, June 1, 2026.

Deputy Marshals will be conducting high-visibility patrols throughout Ward 6, issuing traffic citations to those found in violation of seat belt laws.

The Eunice City Marshal’s Office thanks the public for their cooperation in this important safety endeavor.
