Frank and Jessie James were known to have visited Eureka Springs.
We've recently made contact with a spirit behind the hotel, in the speakeasy, who says his name is Frank. He was reluctant to tell us his name for a very long time because, he said, he had done some bad things, but he was a good man. In fact he caught a woman who fell down the rabbit hole ladder.

Shadow figure or reflection?

Sometimes a person must be present to know the circumstances of a photo to debunk it, explain it or or label it paranormal. If it cannot be logically and reasonably explained it is deemed unexplainable and therefore, paranormal.

It's very easy for anyone who wasn't there to say its fake, AI or try to rationalize what they see.

As a collector of paranormal images, that is my experience and in this case I was not present so can only ask, was there another person in the room that could have been reflected? In most likelihood, there was but only the photographer would know and they may not recall.

Always take more than one shot, always look immediately at what was captured, make note of surroundings and people present and try to share with anyone person present immediately so that you have a timely witness.
