Yesterday, the Eureka-Goodfield FPD EMS Division along with our Mutual-Aid partners from the Washington Fire Department EMS Division conducted an intensive Expanded Scope Skills Day focused on advancing the capabilities of our Paramedics and EmT-Basics and strengthening the level of care we provide to the communities we serve.
Team members participated in hands-on training scenarios designed to reinforce critical decision-making, advanced airway management, Ventilator management, Blood administration procedures, trauma interventions and other specialized prehospital skills utilized in high-acuity emergencies.
This ongoing commitment to education and innovation ensures our providers remain prepared to deliver exceptional, evidenced based emergency care when every second counts. We are proud of the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by our crews as we continue working to improve patient outcomes across our districts and surrounding communities.
