We are an agency that cares for people in our community who are in the last stage of life so that they can die at home, in a familiar environment, surrounded by their loved ones. Hospice is a philosophy of caring. Once a patient with a terminal illness is enrolled in Hospice, we offer a full range of medical and supportive services provided by an interdisciplinary team.
