Come wind come rain, coming together at last! The beam under the mast has a nasty case of dry rot, as does either side of the engine box. Progress coming soon!
Ps- never used a whole bottle of wood glue in one day til I had to make a beam 5 inches wide and 7 inches deep, then call a friend with a band saw big enough to shape it.
