**Sheriff's Office Incident Log for the weeks of 3/1 to 3/14/2026**
3/1 – Report from a neighboring county of a heavily intoxicated and possibly combative individual driving a vehicle into our county. While deputies were responding, the subject was located in the neighboring county
3/1 – Report of a disturbance in Madison. Deputy responded and arrested Tyler Short for felony criminal damage to property. Investigation also revealed sexual offenses that occurred in a different county.
3/1 – Report of a horse out and/or about in the area of K99 Hwy near Madison
3/1 – Report of an altercation at a business in Eureka. Deputy responded and discovered verbal threats were made, however none of the victims wished to cooperate with prosecution
3/2 – 911 hang up call in Madison. Determined to be a child playing with a phone
3/2 – Report of a protection order violation in Eureka
3/2 – Dog bite report in the county
3/2 – Deputy stopped a vehicle and arrested John Band Jr for offender registration violation, driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia
3/2 – Reckless driver complaint on U400 Hwy
3/2 – Motorist assist on U54 Hwy
3/3 – 911 accidental dial from Madison
3/3 – Theft report from a business in Eureka. Business requested the individual be trespassed from the property
3/3 – Request to check welfare of an individual in Madison
3/3 – Theft report in Madison
3/3 – Request to speak with a juvenile in Madison regarding a theft that occurred at school. Deputy spoke with the juvenile
3/3 – Report of a possible scam in Severy
3/4 – Single vehicle slide-off accident on K99 Hwy
3/4 – Request to check welfare of a semi driver who had been parked for an extended period of time
3/4 – Request to speak with a Deputy in Eureka regarding a neighbor issue
3/4 – Single vehicle slide-off accident on U400 Hwy
3/4 – Report of suspicious activity in Fall River
3/4 – Abandoned vehicle on a county roadway
3/4 – Deputy stopped a vehicle and arrested John Enloe for possession of ma*****na, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia
3/5 – Request to check welfare of children at a county address
3/5 – Report of a pump jack that is too loud near a residence in the county
3/5 – 911 accidental dial from a location in the county
3/5 – Report of road debris on K58 Hwy
3/6 – Request to check welfare of a semi driver who was not answering the phone and was showing to be stationary in Hamilton
3/6 – Reckless driver complaint on U400 Hwy
3/6 – Request to speak with a Deputy in Eureka
3/6 – Request to speak with a Deputy regarding a previously reported theft
3/6 – 911 accidental dial in Piedmont
3/6 – Two vehicle non-injury accident in Virgil
3/6 – Deputy stopped a vehicle and arrested Stormy Day for possession of co***ne and paraphernalia
3/6 – Assist KHP with a pursuit of a motorcycle on U400 Hwy
3/6 – Request to check welfare of an individual in Eureka
3/6 – Assist neighboring county with attempting to locate a fugitive
3/7 – Deputy stopped a vehicle and arrested Christopher Perry for driving while suspended, no registration, and knowingly driving without insurance
3/7 – Reckless driver complaint on U400 Hwy
3/7 – Report of a young child walking down a street in Eureka unattended. Deputy responded and located the parent. Report taken
3/7 – Report of an altercation in another county. Call transferred to that county
3/7 – Deputy stopped a vehicle and arrested Seth Daniels for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Nictoria Hill was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia as well as possession of ma*****na
3/7 – Deputy stopped a vehicle and arrested Gavin Schouten for expired registration, no proof of insurance, transporting an open container of alcohol, and ignition interlock restriction violation
3/7 – Several Deputies in a neighboring county to attempt to apprehend a fugitive
3/7 – Request for K9 assistance in a neighboring county
3/8 – Request to speak with a Deputy regarding a property dispute
3/8 – Theft report at a business in Eureka
3/8 – Civil stand-by in Eureka
3/8 – Reckless driver complaint on U400 Hwy
3/8 – Stranded motorist on U400 Hwy
3/8 – Suspicious activity reported in Eureka. Deputy responded and the activity was not, in fact, suspicious
3/8 – Deputy arrested Mark Burtin for pedestrian under the influence after being found sitting in an intersection of two roadways in Eureka
3/8 – Report of an injured deer in the roadway on U54 Hwy. Deputy responded and ushered the deer into the final pasture and then removed it from the roadway
3/9 – Report of someone sitting on the side of U54 Hwy. Deputy responded but did not locate anyone
3/9 – Request to check welfare of an individual in Eureka
3/9 – Request to speak with a Deputy to file a driving complaint that occurred on a different day
3/9 – Request to check welfare of an individual who was reported as a missing person and was located in Eureka. Individual was found to be ok
3/9 – Car vs deer accident on K99 Hwy near Madison
3/9 – Deputy attempted to stop a vehicle which fled. Pursuit entered into a neighboring county where the vehicle was brought to a stop. Marquez Keeve was arrested for flee and elude, possession of ma*****na, possession of paraphernalia, no proof of insurance
3/9 – Report of suspicious activity in Eureka. Deputy responded and found an intoxicated individual looking for something with a flash light
3/10 – Burglary report at Fall River Lake
3/10 – Theft report at a business in Eureka
3/10 – Lost/stolen tag report in Eureka
3/10 – Request to serve a trespass order in Eureka
3/10 – 911 accidental dial in Madison
3/11 – Request for a civil stand-by in Madison
3/11 – Steven Vidrios arrested on a local warrant
3/11 – Request to speak with a Deputy in Eureka
3/11 – Request to check welfare of an individual in Madison
3/11 – Lost/stolen tag report in Eureka
3/11 – Request for civil stand-by in Madison
3/11 – Motorist assist in Eureka
3/12 – Request to speak with a Deputy regarding evidence which was seized in a pending case
3/12 – Reckless driver complaint on U400 Hwy
3/12 – Two vehicle non-injury accident in Eureka
3/12 – Pedestrian assist on K99 Hwy
3/12 – Request to speak with a Deputy in Eureka
3/12 – Report of possible animal neglect in Severy
3/12 – Search warrant served in Madison. Sam Berner was arrested for two counts of sexual exploitation of a child, four counts of felony breach of privacy, distribution of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jamie Bailey was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia
3/12 – Car vs deer accident on K58 Hwy
3/13 – Car vs deer accident on a county roadway
3/13 – Car vs deer accident on U54 Hwy
3/13 – Motorist assist on U400 Hwy

3/13 – Deputy stopped a vehicle and arrested Izaiah Thrower for possession of ma*****na, possession of paraphernalia, criminal use of weapons, and violation of driving restrictions. Madison McKinney was also arrested for possession of ma*****na, possession of paraphernalia, failure to display license, and an out of county warrant
3/14 – Request to speak with a Deputy regarding a civil matter in Eureka
3/14 – Request to speak with a Deputy in Eureka
