SEPTEMBER DIAPER DONATION DRIVE ❤️

This September in recognition of National Diaper Need Awareness Week, we are hosting a "Diaper Need Awareness" diaper donation drive.

This month, Bottoms Up Diaper Bank is asking our community to help us turn awareness into action!

Nearly 1 in 2 U.S. families struggle with diaper need. Together, we can help make sure local babies have the diapers they need to stay clean, dry, healthy, and comfortable.

🧷 Collect unscented wipes
🧷 Collect diaper rash cream
🧷 Make a financial donation
🧷 Share our mission and help spread awareness

Every package donated helps a family in our community.

Every distribution is more than numbers, it's families receiving support, babies being cared for, and a community coming together to meet a basic need.

Today at Forest Lake United Methodist Church, we were honored to serve:

WHAT IS DIAPER NEED AWARENESS WEEK?

National Diaper Need Awareness Week is a time to bring attention to diaper need, the struggle many families face when they do not have enough clean diapers to keep their babies clean, dry, and healthy.

🍼 Diapers are a basic need, not a luxury.

Without enough diapers, families may face:
• Increased health risks for babies
• Difficulty accessing childcare
• Missed work or lost wages for parents
• The stress of choosing between diapers and other household necessities

Nearly 1 in 2 U.S. families struggle with diaper need.

During September 14–20, 2026, Bottoms Up Diaper Bank is joining diaper banks and advocates across the country to raise awareness and encourage our community to take action.

Donate.
Host a diaper drive.

National Diaper Need Awareness Week is coming up!

September 14–20, 2026, we’re shining a light on an issue that affects families every day: diaper need.

Nearly 1 in 2 U.S. families struggle to keep enough diapers on hand. Without an adequate supply of clean diapers, babies can face increased health risks, and parents may struggle to access childcare and get to work.

At Bottoms Up Diaper Bank, we believe every baby deserves a clean diaper, and every family deserves support.

Thank you to the members of Forest Lake United Methodist Church for rolling up their sleeves and helping us prepare for upcoming diaper distributions as a part of their Hands-on Ministry.

From wrapping diapers to getting supplies organized, every set of hands helps us get one step closer to serving families in our community.

We asked. An educator answered. ❤️

Back in June, we asked local educators to share their experiences with Bottoms Up Diaper Bank. This response is a beautiful reminder of why this work matters.

For this educator and mother, receiving diapers each month means one less expense to worry about, and peace of mind knowing her baby has what she needs while she’s at daycare.

She shared that having diapers available allows her to go to work and focus on her students without worrying about running out of one of her baby’s most essential necessities.
