The Neil's purchased the home, historically known as Little Mount Vernon, on March 29, 2018... and the restoration began.

South face of the roof is cleaned repaired retarred on the hips and 1 quart of stain applied. I’ve got one more quart. That’ll take me that much further today but I have to order some more. I’ve been putting off this second story roof and I’m glad I’m finally getting to it. It hasn’t been leaking, but it just needed to be spruced up.

Anybody needs some thick table top glass? Thought I’d ask before I haul it to the dump. A 42 inch round a 46 x 24 rectan...

Anybody needs some thick table top glass? Thought I’d ask before I haul it to the dump. A 42 inch round a 46 x 24 rectangle with rounded ends and a 41 x 41 rectangle but rounded a bitall the way around. I don’t see any chips in it.
