Event Details & Etiquette
Welcome to Kids Plant BINGO at Family Roots Nursery! We're excited to provide a fun, educational, and family-friendly experience where children can learn about plants, enjoy refreshments, play BINGO, and win fun prizes.
💲 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
• A $20 registration fee is required for each participating child.
• Registration includes snacks, drinks & hands-on plant education.
• BINGO is FREE to play once registered.
• Each registered child will receive their BINGO cards for the event.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult throughout the event.
🛍️ SPECIAL SHOPPING PERK
• Adults accompanying registered children will receive a storewide discount on the day of the event.
• Discount applies to regularly priced merchandise only and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
🌿 PLANT EDUCATION
• Participants will learn basic plant care, gardening concepts, and fun facts about the plant world.
• Educational activities are designed to be age-appropriate, interactive, and engaging.
• Questions are encouraged—we love helping young gardeners grow!
🌼 BINGO PLAY
• Winning patterns will be announced before each game.
• The first player to clearly call "BINGO!" will have their card verified by a Family Roots Employee.
• In the event of multiple winners, a tie-breaker game will be played.
• All decisions made by Family Roots Nursery staff are final.
🪴 PRIZES
• Every winner will receive a fun, kid-approved prize!
• Prizes may include plants, gardening goodies, toys, outdoor activities, sweet treats, and other surprises designed especially for young gardeners.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• Prize selections may vary based on availability.
🍪 SNACKS & DRINKS
• Snacks and beverages are included with registration.
• Please help keep our greenhouse clean by disposing of trash in designated containers.
🌻 GREENHOUSE SAFETY
• Please walk at all times—running is not permitted.
• Respect all plants, displays, merchandise, and fellow guests.
• Children should not handle plants or merchandise unless instructed during an activity.
• Family Roots Nursery is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.
😊 GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP
• Be kind and encouraging to fellow participants.
• Cheer for others and celebrate everyone's successes.
• Parents and guardians are encouraged to assist younger children as needed.
📸 PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA
• Photos may be taken during the event and used for Family Roots Nursery marketing and social media purposes.
• If you prefer that your child not be photographed, please notify staff upon arrival.
