We wish to thank Casper Area MPO, the Town of Evansville and local citizens for allowing us to help the community develop a plan for the Lathrop Road Corridor. In less than a year since the study was completed, it's good to hear that the proposed Lathrop Road pedestrian facility is already moving forward, and we hope that more aspects of study will prove useful in coming years.
Sincerely,
Ed Waddell, Community Transportation Planner
