WE’RE HIRING: Warehouse Merchandising & Operations.

Want to do meaningful work while supporting a mission-driven nonprofit? We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to support our warehouse operations with a strong focus on merchandising, processing, organizing donated items, and assisting the warehouse team with daily operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, creating order, helping behind the scenes, and making a direct impact in the community through nonprofit work.

Position Details:
Starting at $17- $18 hour
After a successful 30 day probationary period based on performance and organizational fit, employee will be benefit eligible starting on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Essential Functions:
*Process, organize, price, and merchandise donated items for our sales floor
*Assemble small furniture and other donated items as needed
*Organize donations within the warehouse to keep operations efficient and accessible
*Stock donated merchandise on the sales floor and help create an organized, welcoming shopping experience
*Assist with conducting physical inventories
*Help maintain a clean, safe, well-functioning facility
*Assist with donation intake and help manage donation requests using basic computer systems
*Communicate with staff regarding scheduling, warehouse needs, and operational support
*Load, unload, lift, carry, push, and move donated furniture and large items as needed to support the team.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong organizational ability and enjoys creating order
Has a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Forklift Experience
Has basic computer skills and effective communication skills
Is comfortable assembling furniture and handling physical warehouse work
Can safely lift, carry, push, or pull at least 65 pounds
Is willing to jump in wherever needed to support warehouse operations and our mission
