Snohomish County Young Democrats Dedicated to promoting civic and community engagement, political education, and the principles of justice and egalitarianism among young people.

Snohomish County Young Democrats is the youth arm of the Snohomish County Democratic Party. Snohomish County Young Democrats is an official local chapter of, and is affiliated with, the Young Democrats of Washington State and the Young Democrats of America. The Snohomish County Young Democrats are dedicated to promoting civic and community engagement, political education, and the principles of jus

tice and egalitarianism among young people. We endeavor to raise political awareness and activism in those under 36 to the highest point in history. We strive to create an atmosphere where everyone can express themselves and get involved in government and politics. Above all, we work to further the interests of Millennials and the acquisition of political power by young people. Our general meetings are held on the third Sunday of every month at the Mukilteo City Hall at 1 PM. We also host numerous social events throughout the month. We have re-opened our statewide portal allowing people to order COVID-19 rapid tests online and have them shipped to their doorstep. Washingtonians can go to www.sayyescovidhometest.org to order an at-home test kit (up to 5 tests) or call the Washington State COVID-19 Hotline at 1-800-525-0127, while supplies last. Tests are expected to arrive within a few days of the order being placed.

It's for volunteers to support incoming Afghan allies who are being evacuated to the US (special immigrant visa holders are Afghans that were employed by or on behalf of the US government).

This will include things like airport pickups, apartment setups, meal deliveries, etc.

We are calling for volunteers to support incoming Afghan Allies, Special Immigrant Visa holders, who are being evacuated to the United States. Afghan Allies are currently arriving in the following cities; however, we want to be ready to welcome these families wherever they go!
