Congratulations to all of the new Chief Petty Officers from ATGPNW, IMF, USS Barry, REDCOM, DESRON 9, CSG-11, NS Everett, and RSO,who were promoted yesterday to the rank of Chief Petty Officer during a pinning ceremony held onboard Naval Station Everett. Each CPO Select had their anchors pinned and CPO covers placed on their heads for the first time in front of their fellow CPOs, command leadership, family and friends. Navy Chief! Navy Pride!

Cmdr. Ryan D. Collins was relieved by Cmdr. Seth K. Powell on June 15th 2023 as commanding officer, ATG Pacific Northwest.

Before being relieved, Collins took the podium and expressed his gratitude for all those who served under him and thanked all the ATG Sailors.

Cmdr. Collins will be retiring and spending much deserved time with his family.

Afloat Training Group Pacific Northwest provides surface ships, including U.S. Coast Guard, with education, training, assessments and certifications to maximize training efficiency and effectiveness.
