🌻At our Community of Hope fundraiser earlier this year, we launched a campaign to raise funds to send children from our East Snohomish County housing communities to summer camp. Now that summer is in full swing, we wanted to share an exciting update!

Thanks to our amazing donors and partnerships with YMCA of Snohomish County and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County, we've been able to provide more than 60 weeks of summer camp for children across our East County housing communities!

All summer long, kids are learning, exploring, and growing through traditional summer camps and themed camps that align with their interests. Camp themes include Animal Adventures, Dino Dig, Ocean Explorers, Secret Agent Mysteries, Water Safety, Outer Space, and more! We're so excited to give children from our housing communities the opportunity to simply be kids this summer in a fun, active, and educational environment.

Thank you to everyone who donated to this incredible cause! Because of your generosity, these children are making new friends, discovering new interests, building confidence, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Earlier his week, Housing Hope had the honor of welcoming Representative Rick Larsen for a tour of Scriber Place and to see firsthand the incredible progress being made on our next housing community.

Thank you, Congressman Larsen, for your partnership and for championing solutions that make projects like Scriber Place possible. We can't wait to celebrate welcoming our first residents home this coming year!

Rachel Downes, Housing Hope's Chief Strategic Officer, has recently joined the Housing Accelerator Fellowship. The Fellowship is designed to strengthen local development capacity and support developers who are committed to delivering affordable housing over time, not just completing a single project.

Tina Rogert, former General Manager and absolute rockstar of Renew, is opening her own business at 3331 Broadway, the old Renew location! Reclaim will be offering unique furniture, clothes, and home goods at competitive prices.

This weekend (July 24th through July 26th), Reclaim will be hosting a soft opening! If you're in the area, definitely make sure you come visit and check out the store from 10am-4pm for yourself.

Housing Hope currently has four (4) available units at our Madrona Highlands housing community, in Edmonds WA. Applications are open, and there is no waitlist for these units.

Currently available:
Two 2BR | Starting at $1666
Two 3BR | Starting at $1919

Applicants must meet 50% AMI requirements for these affordable housing units. To begin the application process, please email property management with what size of room you are interested in at: [email protected]
