🎉 Fee‑Waived Adoption Weekend! 🎉

This Saturday 9/5 and Sunday 9/6, we’re waiving adoption fees on select pets as part of , thanks to our collaboration with the ASPCA, because when we work together, we save more lives.

Choosing adoption doesn’t just change one life… it changes MANY. When you welcome a pet into your home, you also free up critical shelter space and resources for other animals who need care. That’s The Rescue Effect.

Our doors are open from 2pm–5pm both days, and many of our wonderful cats and dogs are more than ready to meet their future families. If you’ve been thinking about adopting, this is your moment.

Sweet Rezzy threw out the first pitch at the Everett AquaSox game last night! She did great walking through crowds, meeting lots of new people, including a mascot. Rezzy is available for adoption and will make someone very happy 🐾

A huge thanks to the Everett AquaSox for having us and featuring our available dogs, and another huge thanks to volunteer Pam Tends To for taking Rezzy to the game.

Happy Sunday, happy tail!

Rosie was in our care for 134 days! We are so grateful she found her furever home and her family sent in this update. 💜

"She settled right in, from day 1 she has been amazing and loving her new home, she didn’t meow 1 time on the way home. She loves to lay on my hand and sleeps next to my head at night and enjoys all the scratches and loves. She had some friends come over and she let them pet her, I think she is pretty happy here. She is the queen of this castle, she likes to lay on my spot on the couch so I have to sit next to her on the other side. I’m so glad she has allowed me to be her furever home and partner in pets."
