Great job again everyone from the SCCA board you guys are awesome, everyone really stepped up and helped Super Gavin, truly Thanks, here is a copy of e-mail we recieved:

On behalf of all the unheralded people who have worked behind the scenes on the Sheriff for a Day, I wanted to send a HUGE thank you to the SCCA for fundraising over $1,500 dollars and the DSA for their generous donation. With all the money raised, we were able to purchase a purebred Golden Retriever puppy, which will be trained as Therapy Dog for Super Gavin. Additionally, we were able to help the family by purchasing a kennel and puppy supplies to ease with the financial stress of adding a new family member. Here is a note written by Ken and Charlie Mayes (Gavin’s parents) which they asked me to pass along,

“Here's the video! Please, please convey our heartfelt gratitude to the rest of the department. This was the most amazing thing for Gavin, you all have truly gotten to know him, how he ticks and made his biggest dream come true. Our family is forever blessed by what happened today (and this whole summer). THANK YOU! Kenneth and Charlie”

Good Morning my fellow SnoCo habitants, I would like to make a request please. Even though I posted flyers about this page in the shadow boxes at work, we all know how many people walk by and don't even notice :) so please pass it on, for some reason I can only send invites to my Facebook Friends (or I just have not figured it out yet) pass the word, thanks....
