Our hours are Monday - Friday 10a - 3p. The Hoff Foundation is a 3-fold nonprofit organization serving the underserved women and children of Snohomish County. Our mission is to break the dysfunctional cycle which leads to sex-trafficking, abuse, addiction, homelessness, or trauma in women and children. We accomplish that by offering a hand-up through our three-step approach. Step 1 is Esther's Pla
ce. In Snohomish county there are approximately 880,000 people. Esther's Place is the only Day Resource Center offering underserved women and children a safe, warm place to get a hot shower, clean clothes, a hot meal, hygiene supplies, critical resources, and community. Esther's Place is open Monday - Friday from 10a - 3p, located at 1 W Casino Road, Everett. Step 2 is New Creations Communities Housing Program (NCCHP). A state certified housing program offering women coming out of incarceration, rehabilitation, homelessness, or abusive situations a safe place to live, grow, and heal. We not only house women, we teach them to be self-sufficient members of society through our wrap-around services by implementing the 5 aspects of change that need to happen for women to become confident, self-sufficient members of society. Step 3 is Queen It's A New Day. This one-day workshop is where women who are in transition and getting back on their feet are invited to receive a head-to-toe makeover from the inside out. This includes full hair and makeup makeovers, professional outfits, manicures and pedicures, massages, and teachings where they learn that they matter, and that their story matters. The Hoff Foundation partners with community leaders, programs, and outreach organizations. Local hospitals, police, fire, and the Snohomish County Sheriff's Program, food banks, churches, shelters, prisons, and local nonprofits.
