Tomorrow is Orange Shirt Day.

September 30th has been declared Orange Shirt Day annually, in recognition of the harm the residential school system did to Native American children's sense of self-esteem and well-being, and as an affirmation of our commitment to ensure that everyone around us matters.

We invite you to learn the origin of Orange Shirt Day. There will be a brief introduction to Orange Shirt Day on the morning announcements. Classes will hold their morning meetings and discuss the following question: What can we do every day to make sure every child in our school knows they matter?

From Nooksack Girls Youth Sports

3rd-6th Youth Girls 🏐 Volleyball 🏐 registration will be closing soon! Use the link below to register for the season and/or the youth volleyball camp.
Remember that registration is not complete until payment has been received. Teams are filled on a first come, first serve basis and can be limited by the number of coaches that volunteer.
We are also looking for a couple more business sponsors, please consider.

The Whatcom Bookmobile is revving up to take to the streets at the end of July! This year we are excited to head out to the East County and serve Everson Elementary School and East Whatcom Regional Resource Center! Come on out and grab a good book!
