Me and a few title holders will start observing and Doccumenting all Illegal activities pertaining to War Crimes going on in Oahu, we will be taking and Archiving evidence and also putting ourselves in the way of danger from the State of Hawaii who is the Real Criminal with the aid from America who is trying there best to be as detached from the state to avoid legalities but being attached enough to reap the benefits this Fake State Of Hawaii pays on to them as tribute.

We will then start Compiling the evidence in order to start a petition against the State of Hawaii on a International level rather than a Fake state and American Supreme Court.

All who is interested in this Study, Observance, Archiving, Pettition etc please let me know so we can archive what you have.

Let it be known, that The State of Kukahiko is a Peaceful State and seeks NO WAR, Conflicts or Conflicts of war, it is our deepest Hope's that the Peaceful State of Kukahiko open up into Friendly relations with Other Hawaiian Independent States and other Independent states throughout the world.

And help spread Peace throughout the world.

We The State of Kukahiko are structuring and organizing in such a way that will not only form a State, but a Noble House, From whom we Elected from amongst us One, who will sit in the Hawaiian Kingdoms House of Nobles to speak on Our Behalf thus fufilling apart of our Kuleana in the Restoration of, The Hawaiian Kingdom.

But in order to perform to our best Capacity we will also Organize and restructure the Hawaiian Kingdom Penal Code to fit the Modern Times that our state is in, in order to better protect the people being apart of our State, and their best interest.

we will go further as to Assign members from Amongst our Family to take up certain titles in order to help us all further the betterment of our future and Hawaiian peoples future.

From amongst the people Dwelling in our State who are of No Blood relation, in order to make sure their interests are also met. From amongst them, Also May be Assigned titles; But they can never sit on the House of Nobles as a Noble representing the Kekukahiko or Kukahiko Family, Those Titles are strictly reserved for Direct Family members, in order to avoid confusion in any way, shape or form, and is not ment to degrade or dictate.

We the State of Kukahiko CHOOSE to be None-Combatants of the U.S Millitary Occupation, and are Civilians of the Hawaiian Kingdom, Using the lands that are not being used, Occupied or in other words Not Needed by the U.S Millitary.

Let it be Known that all who apart of The State of Kukahiko ARE HAWAIIAN NATIONALS and Owe and or have Pledged their Undying Loyalty and Allegiance, to the Hawaiian Kingdom.

Also, we will structure a trust in order to pay on to the Hawaiian Kingdom what is owed from what we make off of the land, so that upon its restoration, Some revenue has been established on its behalf. To Barter or Use in a way as to benefit and protect the Hawaiian Kingdom and all of the people who are apart of.

And go further as to institute a school or class in order to Teach and Educate our people and give them the gift of knowledge and understanding in hope that it help them succeed and be safe in these modern times.

We derive our Right to do so not only from our Creator and The Hawaiian Kingdom, But from those of whom from which we descend from who are the ORIGINAL INHABITANTS of These Islands we call HAWAII and also our Alodial Titles of Ownership, to these lands from The Hawaiian Kingdom and Kamehameha III Kauikeaouli.
