Hey TCNJ and Rider students!! If you are considering living in a house off-campus with 3-5 of your friends, come take a look at our property at 15 Central Avenue in Ewing, NJ. The price per person varies a little from year to year depending on the group size that signs into our agreement, but
the price is low, affordable, and includes all utilities and most maintenance services! The utilities considered are: cable/wifi, water, heat, AC, electricity, sewage, etc. The maintenance services considered are: anything that's normal wear and tear! If you would fill a dorm work-order form for it, we consider it usual maintenance! We have a full network of contractors on-call to fix any problem within 48 hrs (within reason). As well, the owners are less than 20-30 mins away at all times in case of emergencies, inspections, etc. Aside from the amenities included, the property is newly renovated and partially furnished. The kitchen includes most usual appliances (microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster oven, etc) and the bathrooms all have their own showers. The rooming in this house goes as follows:

It's two blocks from Slocum's Bowling and Bar. It is in a quite residential area less than 1 mile from the corner of Green Lane and Pennington Road (the corner of TCNJ campus), and less than 3 miles from the Rider University Campus. There is a full deck in the backyard along with a grand open corner yard for Kan Jam, Frisbee, Grilling (charcoal grill included), having a Fire Pit, and anything else you can think of! Has a full 4-car driveway and is adjacent to Florence Ave, our side street with plenty of *extra parking*
