This delicious meal idea comes from our Food Pantry Manager, who put together a hearty dinner using ingredients commonly available through the Good Samaritan Center food pantry and fresh produce donated by our amazing community gardeners.

Simply combine beef kielbasa, potatoes, and fresh green beans with a little cooking oil and your favorite seasonings. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 3 to 5 minutes of baking, then serve and enjoy!
