WE’RE HIRING! – Maintenance Technician
The City of Exeter is looking for a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Public Works team! This is a great opportunity to be part of the crew that helps keep our City running—maintaining streets, parks, water systems, and more.
💼 Position Details:
• Full-time, non-exempt (CLOCEA represented)
• Salary: $4,148 – $5,042/month + excellent benefits
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Work hands-on in maintaining and repairing City infrastructure, including:
• Water & wastewater systems
• Streets, sidewalks & signage
• Parks & irrigation
• City equipment and vehicles
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of maintenance/public works experience
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain certifications within one year
