On September 19, 2026, as part of Make a Difference Day, a pavilion at Exton Park was dedicated in honor of Diane Snyder, who served as a supervisor from 1991 to 2009. Supervisors Libby Madarasz and Raj Kumbhardare presented a plaque of recognition.
During her years of service, Snyder played an important role in helping preserve Exton Park, protecting nearly 800 acres from development. Today, the park remains a valued community resource through shared ownership between the township and Chester County.
The dedication also recognizes Snyder’s commitment to community service and her role in founding Make a Difference Day in 2009 alongside her colleague, Keith Choper, in coordination with Weston Solutions.
The pavilion dedication serves as a lasting tribute to Snyder’s public service and her efforts to help preserve Exton Park for generations to come. The community thanks you, Diane!
