Chester County's one-stop center for Job Seekers and Employers.

PA CareerLink-Chester County® has a wide variety of services available for both Job Seekers and Employers. Job Seekers may access the Commonwealth’s Comprehensive Workforce Development System (CWDS) from home or from our Career Resource Center to create a personal folder to apply for and manage their job search. A variety of workshops are also available to job seekers including: Resume Writing, Ar

t of Networking, Using Social Media to Manage Your Job Search, Job Spidering, etc. For those that meet eligibility requirements, Job seekers may also apply for an Individual Training Account Grant for skills training. For Employers, PA CareerLink offers job posting and applicant screening services, occupational profiling services, recruitment assistance and space for employers to conduct interviews. Also available is an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program that provide employers a reimbursement for any extra-ordinary costs associated with training new hires. PA CareerLink also can provide employers information on Tax Credits and information on Industry Partnerships and Incumbent Worker Training programs.

Mike and Sarah Walls, owners of Make Your Day Design, are passionate about supporting students interested in horticulture and helping young people gain valuable real-world experience. Through Career Corps, Chester County's Youth Employment Program, the student was able to participate in a Paid Work Experience outside the classroom. The energy was incredible at our recent job fair in March! With 14 local employers and a packed room of over 100 job seekers, each table was a hub for career exploration, information, support, and real conversations.
