We kicked off this weekโ€™s Additional Duty First Sergeant Symposium with 27 students ready to lean in, engage, and grow. This cohort brings a diverse range of experience from across the installation, including one CGO taking part to gain a deeper understanding of the First Sergeant role and how it directly impacts Airmen and mission readiness.

Over the next several days, these leaders will work through real-world scenarios, have candid conversations, and build the tools needed to support Airmen through some of the most challenging moments in their careers. This isnโ€™t just about learning processes, itโ€™s about developing the mindset and confidence to step in when it matters most.

Looking forward to a productive week and the impact this group will have as they take this experience back to their units.

Help us give a warm welcome to MSgt Clement who joined the team in July!

MSgt Clement enlisted in 2012 from Minnesota as an Emergency Management Apprentice specializing in disaster recovery and chemical warfare at Misawa Air Base, Japan. During his time as an Emergency Manager, he has had 6 assignments and 3 deployments spanning 5 MAJCOMs.

Before being selected as a local hire for First Sergeant duty and graduating from the First Sergeant Academy on 25 July 2025, he served as the Readiness and Emergency Management Superintendent. In this role, he oversaw an expeditionary section, an Emergency Operations Center, and a Response Task Force responsible for responding to a tri-state missile complex.
MSgt Clement enjoys traveling and trying new things with his wife, Tressa. When not spending time with his wife, he works on his basement, wrenches on cars, or pursues his master's degree.

MSgt Clement has now taken First Sergeant responsibilities for the 90th Munitions Squadron.

๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž DIAMOND SHARP AWARD WINNER! ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž

Congratulations to SrA Xenia Zuniga from 90 LRS for earning the July Diamond Sharp Award!

The Diamond Sharp Award is awarded to an Airman by the FE Warren First Sergeant Council, who not only demonstrates that they are great at their job, but also excels at supporting the morale, welfare, and readiness of their teammates and community members.

SrA Zuniga earned this award by volunteering 7 hours of her time stocking 11,000 pounds of donated food at the FE Warren food pantry. Next, she led a team of 4 Airmen to place flags on the headstones of 1,800 fallen heroes across 3 Cheyenne cemeteries. Additionally, she hosted a flight luncheon for 65 flight members. Finally, she collaborated with the FE Warren fitness center to repair 4 broken pieces of workout equipment, returning them to service for all patrons.

Thank you SrA Zuniga for your leadership and dedication to supporting the Airmen of FE Warren and the mission! ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’ช

Check out The Wrangler General Store!

The Wrangler General Store visibly shows our commitment never to leave an Airman behind. We support our Airmen and their families by providing accessible food and resources to supplement their needs. This mission is made possible through the generous support of our donors, whose contributions exhibit the great compassion, care, and commitment of our F.E. Warren community.

Located in the Chapel Activity Center, building 212, Airmen and their families can receive these donations by contacting any First Sergeant or Chapel Team member. Guidelines are posted outside the Store doors that detail the amount of supplies that can be received per family.

Last Wednesday, the First Sergeants teamed up with the Chiefs' Group to wrap hundreds of gifts for our annual Angel Tree program. Today, we made sure to distribute all of the gifts to our Airmen. We had a total of 174 children sponsored for our Airmen who are assigned to F. E. Warren AFB. ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ

Thank you to Cheyenne Board of Realtors, Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Chapter 36-2, and Veterans Outreach! We couldn't have done it all without your combined sponsorship of dozens of angels and donations of gifts and toys. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ๐Ÿช–๐Ÿ’ช

Last but not least, thank you to all of the base and community members who supported this program and sponsored angels! We couldn't have done this without you either. Thank you for making Christmas better for 174 children! ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
