Our kitchen got a much needed renovation recently. This kitchen feeds our members after training, meetings, for gatherings and much more. A staple in the fire service!

We would like to thank the committee for getting this project done as well as the members for getting everything prepared for construction and putting everything back into place.

But mostly, we would like to thank the following businesses for getting our kitchen looking perfect:

We interrupt our normal Training Tuesday post to announce something much more urgent.

Normally, our members are here to help you. But now we need YOUR help!

Berlando Drake, an 8-year member of the Fair Lawn Fire Department, is battling cancer. As with any serious illness, it adds a financial strain to the family impacted. Fair Lawn Fire Company # 3 will be hosing a wing night fund raiser on Friday June 12. For $50 you will get wings and beverages. Live music will be provided by McKinley & Morlot!

We’re officially ONE MONTH OUT from the 3rd Annual Dillon Rinaldo Golf Tournament, hosted by The Captain Dillon Rinaldo Foundation.

Golf foursomes are SOLD OUT!! Thank you for the incredible support!

If you want to come to the beefsteak dinner afterwards, it will be $60. PLEASE let us know beforehand if you’re attending the beefsteak.

Mark your calendars, the Easter Bunny is coming to town and you don't have to celebrate Easter to come visit the bunny and get a treat. We hope to see you there!

On 1/21/26 at approximately 21:55 hours, the Fair Lawn Fire Department was requested to a residence in the 1300 block of 3rd St for a report of heavy smoke on the 2nd floor. The first arriving Chief (9-0) confirmed the report and transmitted a working fire. Engine 4 was the first due engine and a crew stretched a line to the 2nd floor to conduct fire attack. A 2nd alarm for coverage was transmitted.
1 animal was removed from the structure by , and 1 officer was transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Luckily no other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by Fair Lawn Fire Prevention.
