City crews will be conducting fog seal operations on Scintilla from Wednesday, June 3, through Thursday, June 4 (weather permitting).

To complete the work, crews will treat one side of the street each day. Residents should check their door hanger carefully for parking and driving instructions specific to their side of the street.

Thank you for your patience as crews work to maintain our city streets and roadways.

City staff are conducting emergency water main repairs today, May 28, near the corner of Dietz Elkhorn Road and Fair Oaks Parkway.

Residents in the affected service area, including Falls Terrace, Raintree Woods Drive, and Oakwood Heights, may experience temporary water service interruptions while repairs are underway. The affected area is shown in the shaded portion of the graphic below.

Help us keep Fair Oaks Ranch’s water safe and clean. 💧

Backflow prevention assemblies protect our community’s water system by helping prevent water from flowing in the wrong direction.

As a reminder, all backflow prevention assemblies must be tested when they are installed, repaired, relocated, or replaced. Some assemblies also require routine testing:

Assemblies that protect against health hazards, such as irrigation systems on properties with septic tanks or OSSF, must be tested each year.

Assemblies that protect against non-health hazards, such as irrigation systems without septic tanks or OSSF and fire sprinkler systems, must be tested every three years.

Thank you for doing your part to help protect the water system we all share!
