Today, Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins announced $200 million in Community Wildfire Defense Grants to help at-risk communities protect homes, businesses and infrastructure from catastrophic wildfires. The investment will fund 58 projects to help communities in 22 states and 2 tribes develop community wildfire protection plans and remove overgrown vegetation that can fuel fires that threaten lives, livelihoods and resources.
