The Board of Tihteet Aii, Inc is pleased to announce a shareholder dividend of $3.00 per share. Checks are in the mail. Please allow 3-7 business days due to the holiday. We have included a form to sign up for direct deposit for future payouts so please fill that out and send it back in the envelope provided.

The Tihteet’ Aii, Inc board has 4 board seats to be filled. Seat terms are as follows:

Two (2) one-year terms
And
Two (2) two-year terms

Anyone who wishes to run for a seat on the board must reply in writing by Wednesday, November 15th, 2023 in order to be added to the ballot. Late submissions will not be accepted. Interested parties must be shareholders of Tihteet’ Aii, Inc.

The Tihteet Aii, Inc Board of Directors would like to congratulate Orville Baalam and Victoria Baalam for receiving the most proxy votes at the annual meeting. They will both retain their one year term seats on the Board.

The annual meeting of shareholders will be tentatively held on December 15th. There are two one year term Board seats available. In order to be a board member, you must:

A. Be a shareholder of Tihteet’ Aii, Inc and
B. Be able to attend all Board meetings either in person or via telephone.
