What to watch for:
• Headache
• Dizziness or weakness
• Nausea
• Heavy sweating or confusion

What helps prevent it:
• Hydrate early — don’t wait until you’re thirsty.
• Follow work/rest guidance.
• Adjust your pace in high heat.
• Check on your battle buddies.
