During National Park and Recreation Month, we celebrate the profound benefits of time in nature. It can widely reduce stress and improve mental health. Many CASAs encourage outdoor activities for their CASA youth by taking walks, going to parks, or playing outdoor activities. Nature offers a perfect environment for fostering connection and joy.

Over the last 35 years, we have served more than 8,000 children in our community through the tireless work of more than 1,800 caring adult volunteer advocates.
