Office of Military Services at Mason The Office of Military Services provides a key point of contact for all veterans, active duty, reserve, and military family members attending George Mason.

We have two Transition Coordinators to assist our military community. Assist active duty, veterans, and military family members in transition into higher education. Located on the bottom floor of the Student Union Building I (SUB I), across from Mason ID card Center.

A Virginia Tech graduate student is conducting a research study exploring the transportation barriers veterans may experience when traveling to VA healthcare appointments.

πŸŽ–οΈ Veteran participants are needed!

Participation includes:
πŸ”Ή A voluntary 45–60 minute interview
πŸ”Ή An opportunity to share your experiences accessing VA healthcare
πŸ”Ή A $20 gift card for veteran participants in appreciation for their time

The study is also seeking input from caregivers and transportation stakeholders, with stakeholder interviews lasting approximately 30–45 minutes.
