We have built a framework that is self-sustaining to improve people’s lives. Our pioneering model uses cocoa to transform community infrastructure and facilitate consistent access to education and health care. We hope to replicate this model to empower rural farming communities all over the world.
Cocoa360 is a non-profit that works to empower lives in rural Ghana. Using an innovative approach to female education and rural empowerment, we employ a financial model that capitalizes on the existing agricultural and vocational skills found in farming communities.

Meet Christabel Ghansah!
Christabel received her MPA in Management & Finance from Georgia State University this May. She is assisting us with fundraising strategy and development of our summer school curriculum.

This summer as a Middlebury Social Impact Scholar with Ambassador Corps/TBCA, I'd like to deepen the relationship between the Tarkwa Breman Girls' School and the MIDD/MIIS campuses by conceptualizing future programming that can benefit all stakeholders, as well as, conduct research of behalf of the Girls' school.

: Maa Georgina has been living in the community for over 30 years. She works at the Tarkwa Breman Girls’ School as a janitor and in her free time she enjoys farming! She is extremely passionate about TBCA's mission and is excited about the future!
: Ebenezer alias is the sole driver for the Tarkwa Breman Girls’ School. Prior to this role, he was a Taxi Driver for several years within Tarkwa Breman and the surrounding areas. He is married to his wife, Gina, and has two children, Beverlyn and Shadrack, named after our founder.
We love Worship Wednesdays!
: Sister Selina is a native of Tarkwa Breman but went to school and started her own business in Bogoso, a nearby city from Tarkwa Breman in the Western Region. She is a janitor at the Tarkwa Breman Girls’ School and has a baby boy called Nana. In her free time, she attends to her farm.
Godbless Kwame Addo was born and raised in Tarkwa Breman. He attended Tarkwa Breman Methodist School and continued at Bogoso Purity Junior High then went on to Tarkwa Senior High. After Senior High, he taught at Better Life School Complex. Godbless will be serving as the records clerk for our community clinic.
Mavis Osei Banful went to the University of Cape Coast and graduated in 2017 with a diploma in Basic Education. Prior to TBCA, she was a pre-school teacher at Career Builders Academy in Bogoso, Western Region, Ghana. As a teacher, she hopes to share her knowledge with the children for them to grow up and become successful change-makers in their respective communities.
