This amendment proposes to allow police to enforce the Ordinance through the use of civil penalties, along with allowing staff to revoke noise waivers in non-compliant situations.

2) Small-Scale Production Establishments, which creates a new use for light production, processing, and manufacturing, such as makerspace and 3-D printing; and

3) Editorial and Minor Revisions, which updates terminology and makes other clarifying revisions.
