Somerset Olde Creek Pool & Rec Club Woodson's Community Pool SOC Pool is the community pool and recreation club serving Somerset, Olde Creek, and other communities near Woodson HS and Frost MS.

Our members value SOC Pool for its place in our community and its close-to-home leisure, social activities, and contributions to neighborhood strength. Our membership comes from Olde Creek ES neighborhoods and others along Burke Station Road, Braddock Road, Olley Lane, and Main Street in Fairfax City. Our staff is composed mainly of neighbors to provide familiarity, comfort, and continuity. Many “

first jobs” were as guards at SOC Pool. We are now accepting applications for seasonal lifeguards. Download the form and contact Jen Fagan for more information. Our Stingrays Swim Team were NVSL Division 17 champions for the 2011 season. Most team members swim in all A meets. SOC Pool has a reciprocity agreement with Brandywine Pool. When one pool is closed – for a swim meet, maintenance, or other activity – members may use the other pool at no charge.
