For Liberty!

Hello, Everyone! I wanted to introduce myself to you followers as a new Editor/Moderator of this page. My name is Lori-ann Kellett and Michael Howell has graciously asked me to help out with building this page.

I am considered a Centrist Libertarian, according to one of those lengthy questionnaires, which actually does some it up quite well. I am a fan of Ron Paul and I like to keep his message alive, so you will likely see me sharing many of his Liberty Reports here.

I believe in our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and doing our best to preserve what little of it we have left. Too many Americans have been conditioned and convinced that our Bill of Rights are optional based on circumstances - especially in the name of Safety. I believe that is during the most difficult times that our rights become even more important, not less and not negotiable.

I hope that all you good people that follow/like this page find what I contribute here to be informative, useful, and worthy of your shares and discussions!

Take a good look, ladies and gentlemen. Scary, isn't it?

It is, but one has to understand WHY he has that support to begin with. Disturbingly, loads of libertarians are voting for this fascist (Trump) because of his anti-politically correct narrative. I understand why, it's a refreshing thing to hear for someone to tear down the statist SJW agenda; but that's all it is. A bunch of bluster and no substance with zero consistency. Essentially, it's this: Trump has this support because of what happened in 2012. Everyone knew it was all a sham, from Ron Paul's screwjob to Romney's dismal failure of a run. this happened because after 8 years of Obama, people are angry. They're angry because they realized that they had been had, that all of Obama's promises were empty. So now they look to a new savior and along comes Trump/Sanders offering their own snake oils and poisons disguised as a miracle cure-all and tastes like candy to boot. So of course people will snort that drug up like no tommorrow. And then finally, the statist social justice warriors and third wave feminists with all their anti-male rhetoric and anti-white rhetoric has played upon and exploited the deep fissures along racial and gender lines that exist today. Trump is deliberately feeding on that boiled-over tension, that anger, that roiling rage that consumes the average American (especially the males, perhaps myself included but I don't count myself among Trump's supporters).

Everyone knows it's a load of bu****it, and because of this, that's why people are angry. That's why they back authoritarians like Trump and Sanders.

Regardless of politics; we stand with the people of France in what can only be considered some pretty dark times. We only remind the French people, do not give up what little liberty you have left for the false promise of security. Rest in peace to those that have died and sacrificed themselves, and to the rest; stay safe.

The new media, a group of journalists whose role in society is to act as the watchdog for the people against the corruption of the state. JFK's final speech shortly before his assassination underscored this duty. But now all major networks pretty much lie, from Fox to MSNBC. Rather than looking out for the interests of the American people, they choose to cater to the interests of the corpolitical state and corrupting foreign influences. Follow the money and it usually all comes from the same family/same group of people of the 'upper echelons' of society. The only truth you will get is from certain parts of the web, for starters I would recommend Ben Swann. Or even RT.com/us; sad that the Russian news media is more honest about what goes on here than our own so called journalists. Hence, why I am a libertarian/anarcho-capitalist. The state is inherently evil and can only force people to do things by the threat of force. Even taxation is done through the threat of force. What happens when you don't pay? The IRS sends armed agents to either force payment or you go to prison. A free, liberty-based, voluntary society is the only cure for this cancer.

Why is Obama pushing for gun legislation while also at the same time giving arms to Al Qaeda? I mean, won't the American public need the guns to defend from terrorists now that they are armed to the teeth?
