Joe Starnes brings a unique perspective shaped by military service, business leadership, and community engagement. A former U.S. Marine and current CEO of Ombre, Joe is also actively involved in veteran outreach and legislative advocacy with Safer TN. Drawing on his diverse experiences, he will share insights on collaboration, advocacy, prevention, and the power of community partnerships to create meaningful impact across Tennessee.
