We had a wonderful time joining the Mobile Diabetes Education Center in Dixon last month! It was great connecting with attendees as they received free screenings for diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol. Visitors went home with some Partnership goodies like first aid kits, bags, and water bottles. Most importantly, we were there to support and reassure everyone that no matter their background, health care is for everyone.

Students are headed back to school, and Partnership is welcoming them back into the classroom! We were at the Back to School Resource Fairs in Lincoln, Fairfield, and Nevada City a few weeks back, with two events attended by hundreds of visitors! Partnership goodies included pencils, coloring books, crayons, and other helpful items for a strong start to the school year. Can't wait to see everyone at our next community event!

We had such a wonderful time at the Harmony Health Clinic Event in Yuba City a couple weeks ago! It was amazing to see so many mobile mammograms being provided, and even more appointments set up. Join us in celebrating the five recipients of the 2026 Partnership Member Scholarship Program!

With over 90 applications, we were honored to see so much passion from members wanting to give back to the communities we serve. We awarded five scholarships to Partnership members pursuing careers in health care and human services: one $10,000 scholarship and four $5,000 scholarships.
